Aruba-sur-Mer has spectacular oceanview and a great beach location, it is a 5 minutes’ walk to the beach at the Fishermans Huts. The Villa was completely renovated a year ago with all new furniture and appliances, new European Kitchen and bathrooms, doors, windows, etc.

From the front porch you can see magnificent sunsets and from the pool and pool deck in the backyard you can watch the sunrise! The villa is surrounded by lovely, tropical gardens.

Besides being able to enjoy the spectacular ocean view and sunset from the beautifully manicured front garden with its secluded corners, it’s also possible to enjoy swimming in the private pool surrounded by tall palm trees in back of the house. One of Aruba’s famous white beaches is a few minutes away from the villa and the ocean is ideal for both swimming and snorkeling. It’s only half a mile down the road to (para)sailing, diving, wind- or kite-surfing and waterskiing.

The owners are committed to the Green Energy movement and have installed a late-generation wind turbine to complement the houses electrical consumption needs.

Fringing turquoise Caribbean waters, kissed by the sun and cooled by constant trade winds, Aruba’s beaches include wide shaded expanses, quiet retreats, and busy sunbathing and water sports meccas. Much of the seven-mile strip along the west coast is lined with resorts and packed with activity. Beachgoers relax on their comfortable lounges, lost in their favorite book or enjoying people-watching. Swimming, snorkeling, kitesurfing, waterskiing, tubing, parasailing, banana-boating, and all kinds of wet ‘n wild adventures are just steps away.

In contrast, the beaches along the windward coast are in more secluded and undeveloped areas. Here magical coves carved out of limestone and inlets formed by the relentless pounding of waves are overlooked by craggy desert terrain. Because of strong undertow and crashing waves, swimming here is not recommended. But the beaches on Aruba’s wild coast do afford tranquility, privacy and unique natural phenomena. Both coasts afford spectacular, glittering Caribbean views that will surely take your breath away. All beaches are open to the public.
