The Bird of Paradise is designed in an Asian Tropical style with meandering, lagoon-style pools that weave between the four buildings to create an intimate compound that is lush with vegetation.

The Bird is located on a small bluff overlooking the Caribbean Sea and the islands of St. Barth’s and St. Martin. The beautiful, crescent Sandy Hill Bay beach is a short walk down a path and the sheltered bay and beach offer excellent swimming and snorkeling as well as a safe harbor for a small yacht.

The award-winning Bird of Paradise villa offers a large interior living room with fold-back walls, as well as several exterior living areas, one with a fireplace. There are four dining experiences. Anguilla’s outdoor ambiance is captured in large verandahs and terrace patios, both shaded and open. A large Indonesian bale, or daybed, is situated in a grove of palm trees overlooking the sea and is perfect for massages and naps.
